We are a small, recently created Free Company which main goal is to have fun, enjoy the game and make new friends while doing so. We have a fair amount of experience and we like helping people with even the most trivial and low level quests, dungeons, fates, whatever you name it. We too have other jobs and classes we want/need to level up, so we have no problem in doing so with new players.
Of course, we would also like to recruit high level adventurers for end game content and the most advanced and hardcore part of the game.

Currently trying to fill in a few specific positions:
A full time recruiter (any class, any level) would be great, I fail miserably at recruiting people lol. We can discuss a little incentive or bonus per player recruited. Could be gil, items, gear I dunno...
A Lv 80+ Healer for end game content
A Lv 80+ Tank for end game content
A Lv 80+ Dps for end game content

So, in case you "homeless" players are still looking for a casual, friendly and helpful FC for endgame content or leveling up new classes and jobs, send me a /tell in-game, i'm mostly online everyday after 11pm ET for sure.
I dunno if Housing is a huge deal for most of you, eventhough right now housing have no great benefits, but we are saving money up for one as soon as something becomes available. I went through most residential districts and pretty much everything is taken, even the big ass manors.

The positions listed up there are still vacant, I would also like to find someone experienced and high level to help the FC on managerial (is that even a word? lol) duties.

I spoke with my second in command, she's ok with it. We just need to discuss it with the rest of the FC. If we merge with you guys, I'll have you know we're not interested in any kind or form of power struggles or drama, and even though we are not in a position to make any demands I would have one special request that we can talk about in game once our guys have made a decision.

After a lot of thinking and considering, I must decline the offer. You have no idea the trouble I went through to create my FC, I had to pay ppl just to sign the petition to found it, naturally those 3 leeches left once the FC was official. So to disband it wouldn't be right. Plus all the effort we've put to raise funds and to rank up would go to waste. So it would be a great risk for me, I don't know you and what if in the end things don't work out and I decided to leave? So thanks but no thanks. You seem nice though, I don't know the rest of your FC so if you want you can think of us as an ally FC, maybe we can create a linkshell and we can help each other with raids, dungeons, farming or anything else and maybe in the future who knows? But for right now, I want to see how far we can get by ourselves.
