Missing items from inventory and closet

Alright, so I decided to play during the free weekend in order to see if I could get into the game again. Switched my PS3 account over to the PS4 without any real technical issues. (I also play my account on the PC version.) When I logged into the game however I noticed the bulk of my main character's inventory (closet included) had vanished. Items include my level 50 Paladin quest reward gear, the lightning strikes set (and weapon(s)), and alternate class/profession gear.

(I logged onto the PS4 first during the free weekend. Followed by checking on my PC to see if the PS4 was doing something strange graphic wise.)

I have noticed one other character missing alternate profession/job/class gear as well (Nadean's forestry gear) and suspect I may be missing items on all of my characters. However due to the fact that my other characters are still very low level (under 15 for most of them if not all) I would be hard pressed to remember what, if any, gear was missing.)

I froze my account in April, and my last login (aside from 7/19/2014) was roughly 135 days prior. I am pretty sure I was not cracked (hacked) due to the fact that my guild inventory is intact (crystals, items and gil) as well as the fact that I still have gil on my character. When I used the Call GM function about the missing gear I was told to submit a bug report.
