Journal, "Engineering Victory" -- Text -- Inconsistent Spelling and Capitalization

When the player is progressing through the "Engineering Victory" questline and observes the Journal after defeating a group of imperial soldiers, the following text appears for the last two lines:

"
in one of your better displays of judgement, decided to take it with you. Return to
Maelstrom command and report your findings.
"

This is incorrect for two reasons:
1. "judgement" is spelled "judgment" throughout the rest of the in-game text (with an exception in Ishgard).
2. "command" on the second line of quoted text should be capitalized as part of a proper place name, "Maelstrom Command".

Please fix this issues by replacing "judgement" with "judgment" and by replacing "command" with "Command".

The corrected text would appear as follows:

"
in one of your better displays of judgment, decided to take it with you. Return to
Maelstrom Command and report your findings.
"

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start the game.
2) Progress through the "Engineering Victory" questline until defeating imperial soldiers in the field of Limsa Lominsa.
3) Open the Journal through the Main Menu and observe the text that appears.

As I noted in another issue, the lower-casing of "command" after "Maelstrom" seems to be a global issue, and it would be awesome if they could all be fixed that way. If there's an argument that it shouldn't be capped, then I'd argue the "Nest" in "Adders' Nest" also shouldn't be capped. They're acting in the same fashion. Though I'd personally have both "Nest" and "Command" capitalized in these contexts...

For reference, another "command" appears in a later entry in this questline:

"
nature the engineer is not at liberty to disclose. Now that you have completed your
assignment, return to Maelstrom command to receive the compensation promised you.
"

Please fix this issues by replacing "judgement" with "judgment" and by replacing "command" with "Command".
