Lightning Strikes a Third time ?

I demand people link to the post where Devs were considering a 3rd Lightning Event, cause less than 3 months ago, we got this post:

From what everyone is saying the comment was made at the end of a today's live letter, the link to which can be found here, not sure if it is still broadcasting or if the translated notes are up yet, but that is where it was stated apparently. (ah you can watch the broadcast on twitch.)
