What worlds are english community in Japan Servers?

Hi, I've been away for months due to work and recently back in the game in Kujata world with Lvl 50 Blm, Whm and War. I live in Southeast Asia GMT+8. I'm already in Crystal Tower.

I find game progression more difficult at this time because most players in Kujata are playing high level quests and Kujata is a japanese world. The last time I played there were many english players but it seems many have migrated.

I want to migrate to english world in Japan Server if any, and would like to know which worlds are english with huge number of players.

Your suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks.

Masamune (Legacy) and Tonberry (new) are JP servers which have large English-speaking communities from the Oceanic region on them (Australia/New Zealand) from what I'm aware. My own server's English speaking population (Ridill) is much smaller, but still very close knit.

The problem is though, when using Duty Finder the server is going to match you up with people from all across that server group so even if you're on a server with a high English speaking population, you'll still have a very large chance of having a party of non-English speaking players. It's the nature of the beast. But getting back to your question, based on everything I've read, Masamune and Tonberry are the two JP servers with the largest English-speaking populations.

Is the latency noticeably better on the JP servers compared to the NA?

Ah, I should clarify, from east coast Australia to JP (I don't know why I expected anyone to know that).
