Everybody Hates Ramuh (and why the fight needs reworking)

I don't know if they hate him, but I have basically given up trying to train on Ramuh EX because training parties take forever to fill. It's like no one wants to fight him (or maybe they're avoiding me lol).

IMO the fight is not hard, but the rewards sucks. Wish they were at the least i102 or i105.

People who don't know the mechanics die. That wipes the group just having 1 person die (in pugs.) People rage quit. Pug disbanded. The only surefire way to complete this is with your coil group..... If you have one that is.

You haven't cleared Extreme Titan, Ifrit, Leviathan, Moogle, let alone Ramuh. If you have nothing useful to contribute, don't troll my thread thank you.

It's quite hilarious seeing the responses from all "it's so easy/you're just bad/I can do this in i87!" people.
Cause then I go to their lodestone profiles and they all have high allagan weapons and mostly i110 gear which further proves my point that this fight is not meant for people to gear up with, but becomes useless for those in mostly i110. Also the naysayers are all wearing high allagan rings instead of Ramuh rings which only further proves my point. ಠ_ಠ

We farmed this fight for three hours the other night. I didn't find anything wrong at all with it honestly. Once in a while the RNG would get use sure, but really it isn't a hard fight and frankly I enjoy it. Def. more than Titan EX. We have two melee at times too and still little issues. Sorry you dislike it, but not all of us feel that way.

As for the rewards, I loved the ring on my summoner. 17 crit and 9 det is def. better than 2 more int and useless spell speed. As for the weapon, as someone who isn't about to spend 1300 sol. tomes on another weapon any time soon or get a levi sword + mirror it's a fantastic weapon.

Really the rewards depend on what you play, and with 9 jobs that's a lot of gear to spread around.

Feel free to check my lodestone. I've cleared Ramuh with an animus bow, no high allagan, only 1 unweathered which is my tabard. My ilvl is 97 and guess what? I pugged it. It took us 1 and a half hour but we didn't give up.
I still stand by what I said earlier in this thread around page 3 or 4. It's the easiest primal. People need to get better.
