Hello all and welcome to the Zodiac Gaming recruitment thread. Without further ado let me jump right into it.

Zodiac Gaming is a multi-gaming community that has enjoyed success within FFARR for a lengthy period of time, however we are now looking to replenish ranks lost due to recent numbers of players dropping the game to play elsewhere.

Our current aim is to recruit a healthy band of social players to bring some livelihood back to the game and enable us to run regular social activities and expand upon the FC events we currently run, as well as our regular static coil group runs etc.

Got content you've been knocking your head aginst for weeks on end? Need a competent group to help you get the content down? We do this for our FC members, no more forking out millions of gil to the "Kill sellers"

Raiding
Our current focus is on social players, however any new member that joins will be placed into a "Trial" membership for a two week period, during this time we will see how each player contributed to the FC and community as a whole, these are the players that we will be taking into raid groups/forming new groups around when the time comes. However please do not be out off, if you are an end-game raider looking for a static group then by all means apply, we have three static groups running and spots MAY open up. Please don;t be disheartened if you don't get into a group right away however.

Welcome to Zodiac Gaming!

We are a new community that's been around since early 2013, based in the EU. Having played MMO's for many many years before we formed, we plan on fully exploring many games to our hearts content, with the majority of our time so far being taken up in Final Fantasy XIV ARR, but along the way also getting ready for the upcoming Wildstar & Star Citizen release.
We consist of a group of players that dedicate most of their game time to having a great deal of fun while trying to overcome the challenges our games can offer us. For that we try to remain only as big as required, as we don't like overly large communities. Every member is valuable to us and is supported in the team. Even though we focus on getting the best out of our players, we are definitely not a so called "elitist" community, but always try to find the balance between having a more relaxed and fun atmosphere combined with skill and focus when it counts in order to progress as a team.
Dicing into every dungeon that we can find and battling it out in the Coliseum and the Front lines.We want to enjoy the complex pleasures of cooking our favourite foods to boiling away at our cauldrons or alchemical alembics to hammering away at the forge creating exciting new weapons and Armour.
If that doesn't suit you then maybe the simple pleasure of fishing at a pond or lake. Or maybe even tending to your herb garden in front of your house while keeping your botany journal up to date. Of course there's also delving into the deep places for that valuable piece of ore.
We want everyone to feel welcome in our community as before long we will be branching out into other games!

What we expect from you:

As a member of Zodiac Gaming we would like you to have a Good Sense of Humour as that is important in any community group. Having fun and enjoying yourself while playing with our members of the community is a great experience. We don't care if you want to raid 3-4 times a week or once or twice a week we want you to feel welcome and enjoy participating in end game content. As long as your happy then so are we.

What you can expect from us:

Participating in end game content from Raids to PvP. If we can, we plan on creating raid groups and PvP groups so that everyone; depending on their style of play can enjoy themselves. If Raiding or PvP is not to your taste then fear not as you will all be accommodated to the best of our abilities as we know that raids and pvp isn't the only thing we can do at level cap.

What we stand for:

A semi-hardcore approach.

healthy progression as a team. This means we know people have real lives, and the guild caters to those willing to strike a balance there. We also wish to progress as a team though and take on any and all challenges a game can offer us.

To go for growth of both the player and the community. We do not pick only the best and forget about the rest. Even weaker players can grow in ZG and become part of our best, and will be supported in that when they have the right attitude.

Focus on quality rather than quantity. A big community doesn't strike us as a successful community. We become as big as we need to in order to accomplish our goals, but no bigger.
The player is more important than the character. The social value of a community/guild is something we spend a lot of time and effort on. We always aim to become a close-knit community, being supportive to one another and be able to have a lot of fun together in whatever game we play.

What we offer:

Full teamspeak3, forum and website support. Guild activities to improve yourself and play in team with others. A growing community focusing on quality rather than quantity. A community open to play other games with each other too. A supporting team to help you improve your game.

What we are looking for in players joining one of our gaming sections:

Maturity. Dedication and regular attendance to events/raids. A degree of skill in the game they apply for,while we do aim for progression while raiding we also have a social/casual roster in all games so we cater to all type's of players.

If you recognize yourself in the description up here, be sure to apply for the community on the "recruitment" page for any game you'd like to play with us and we'll get back to you asap.The buttons at the top right of your screen will bring you to the individual sections of our games with their own news/forums/etc. You can use these to filter the information you'd like. A lot of forums, the shout-boxes, calendar, etc. are private to ZG though, and you'll see them when you enter the community! Also we all want to have fun!
