Fixed small height discrepancies - Thanks!

[dev1078] Collision detection has been disabled for most small height discrepancies in the field, alleviating the need to make lengthy detours.

This is such a tiny thing buried in the patch notes, but I was so very thrilled to see this. There were so many times as I was enjoying the game how rudely frustrating it was to find myself stuck on a minor decorative step at the edge of a bridge or corner. It clearly looked good, but was infinitely frustrating that my character was stuck on something smaller than his foot.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for fixing these (I hope, I haven't been in game yet to see for myself).
