Cannot fish, something is amiss

Frequency: continually.

Steps:
1. I began fishing yesterday for the 20HQ silver soveign
2. I was doing it fine for about 4/5 hours, then i got the "something is amiss" thing everywhere.
3. I am NOT botting, I wouldn't even know how.
4. I opened a ticket in game, this morning it said that there is no restriction on my account from fishing.
5. I still cannot fish!!
6... help meh.

@OP, working as intended. This lockout is a countermeasure to slow down bots, whether or not you are one, so try this to get around the issue.

Just fish somewhere else to trigger a 'soft-reset' of the fishing hole. Dont' even have to catch something, just cast out at a "different fishing hole". Next time you try to fish, you will be granted access.

...for example, a different fishing hole is down by Moraby Bay, or over by the spiky crystallized landmark, downhill from Oschon's Torch.
