Average item level calculation needs fixing, as does lv50 gear progression

You can't even tank the Expert dungeons like Hullbreaker and Stone Vigil HM unless you already have i80 gear; this gear progression makes [B]absolutely no sense at all

While there is some things I disagree with (full i70 for HM Primals, for example), this is one thing I'll comment on.
I've seen tanks run through these new dungeons perfectly well in the min ilvl gear (i70). As long as they don't overestimate their skills, they can do fine.

Pulling 1, 2 or 3 mobs, just like dungeons were run pre-50.
