A tank can't have the HP to survive Titan's Mountain Buster + Bombs exploding near them while they are decked out in AF armour and some pre-lv 50 rings.

That would put your average ilvl below 50; you're saying that it needs to be 70. That's a really big gap you aren't accounting for. I'm pretty certain he can be tanked in full Hoplite (plus one ring).
