    need help setting up subscription

    went to the mog station, and i only have 2 options to setup my subscription, 1. crysta and the other 2. steam wallet, i dont want to use crysta nor do i have any money in my steam wallet..., so how do i setup using my credit card? there is no option allowing me to select for other subscription options, i have clicked every possible option on the screen, and it leads back to steam wallet or crysta, i have sent an email to the tech support, and all i am getting back from them is REGARDING INCORRECTLY REGISTERED SERVICE ACCOUNT, or REGARDING DIGITAL PURCHASES FROM OUR ONLINE STORE, and or this REGARDING SQUARE ENIX ID RECOVERIES, which has nothing to do with subscriptions....., can someone help me please, i would like to continue playing this game.

    okay...so they finally fixed my subscription page, i can now actually see the service account status to setting up my subscription page, this was missing from my mog station page....great bug fix btw ty tech support now you get money from me!
