And no matter what class you're on, or what level it is? Do you really want to run Crystal Tower with a blacksmith and a botanist as your tanks, and a level 5 lancer and level 12 archer as your healers? Then there's the issue that if they get kicked out in the middle of a dialog in order to enter your instance, the system has to be able to re-initiate it later, which, though perhaps possible, is the type of process that could be all too prone to bugs. When the DF pops, people have to exit what they're doing, switch to the appropriate job and gear, and then join. Skipping the first two of those steps is going to cause all sorts of other issues that are bigger than the one you're trying to solve.
Just adding a disincentive penalty for withdrawing, like not being able to queue again for a while, would be far less error-prone.
The simple solution to that is allow us to change our jobs inside the instance, or at least change to a job that matches the role you queued for so people don't queue as tanks and then whine they want to DPS. While they are at it, let us change party member roles if we want to, as long as the correct ratio is maintained. This way when your tank is a jerk and drops party, someone else with a tank job can finish the dungeon and you just grab a DPS out of the queue.
