Just hit 50, weapon quest question?

How do I get an Erudite's Picatrix of Casting? I looked on the market and it cost 400k? Is that normal? That seems absurdly high. Is there any other way to get one?

On Exodus, bought mine HQ premelded, for about 280K. And that was on the low side. You think that's bad, wait til Novus and the Gil sink of materia...

To add to this, the binding drops from a specific chest in the dungeon. Right before the Flan (slime enemy) boss there is a large room with giant patrolling tonberries. When you get to the locked door at the end most groups only hit the switch and go to the right to hit the final switch, however there is a chest to the left that most groups will skip that will spawn beetles as you get near it. The good news is that if you do the dungeon and your party does skip that chest, wait for the rest of the group to leave and you can return to that room and grab the chest (you might end up dying to the beetles but you can open the chest while being attacked) and all the items will drop to you, hopefully one of them being the binding.
