    Gm Support is so bad...

    I sent a support desk post to a GM and took 6-7 hours toget a responds. When I got GM tell he was telling me to send him a tell over & over and I couldn't because I was in a dungeon and wouldn't let me... (A GM should know this.)

    SE might wanna fix this "No /tells in dungeons" because I couldn't contact a GM & hire more GM staff.... really 7 hours... some people don't even play that much a day.

    sorry for your experience but every time i have had to talk with a gm it has been nothing but good.
    did you happen to make a ticket on off-hours or weekend? not that i know any of their schedules but it would
    make sense if there was some sort of downtime during those examples. and the thing about 'no tells', if you look
    at the support tab it will allow you to continue the ticket once you get out. i think they do this so as to not
    disrupt the entire run by forcing you to stop and type back. imagine the troll feed if people would use the excuse..
    "sorry, gotta talk to a GM. BRB"

    The only responses I ever got from GMs were from tickets I put in last year.

    OP you are lucky that a GM even spoke to you, I wonder if SE needs to hire more staff for customer support.

    Most game master have 24h/48h window to answer tickets depending on the company SLI
    7 hours? it's nothing
    You probably have no idea how many tickets they receive a day

    In other games you wait days to weeks and you complain about a mere single-digit hour wait?

    You normally won't even hear from a GM personally unless they specifically need more information or you put in a ticket to get yourself unglitched from somewhere. For everything else from RMT spammers to shard botters you'll just get a canned response saying thank you for your report and they'll be investigating. They likely get inundated with reports for RMT etc. and not only do they not have time to respond to EVERYONE but most of the time there's no reason as they aren't going to divulge details of the investigation to the person who made the report and in the case of RMT the don't even HAVE that information as it would be the task force handling those. So far I've found the GM response in the game to be very good.

    ya, they suck. I had a ticket in, got a in game mail saying I wasn't on for them to rectify it and to be on next time. Next time was not listed. I spent 2 days awake and logged in and never heard from the GM again. Trolly GM is trolly

    If you are in a dungeon you can still send tells to a GM, you will get the message that you can't with each one you send, but it goes through, I've chatted with GMs a few different times in dungeons.

    7 hours is an amazing wait time tbh...in wow it takes days, and most other mmo's it's weeks
