Got kicked by a group who knew each other...

...and apparently, despite they even told they do not care about customer service and being abusing it the response by the customer service said that "in my case no violation of the rules can be seen". What? When I applied as replacement and went in again to end the job (the duty) I started they treated me if "I want another kick". HELLO? Why do you guys have a chatlog and paid staff? The response also said I am supposed to post on the forums and offer a suggestion to avoid that in future, well, here you go.

I mean, what the Eff? It clearly states in an orange text it's not allowed to kick people for no reason. And if you report these things, it's "no violation" if they do so? Now I know why they don't care about this joke of a report system if you can abuse your majority THAT easy. I will kick from now on random people as well. It is not an abuse, I have it black on white in my inbox..

Longer story:

I was in Qarn today to level. Apart from me there was a acholar, a aonk and the tank.
The Scholar and me waved at us and gave us kisses and stuff, so I doubt she had a problem. She also was English-speaking while the premade (players who signed up together for this duty) were German.


Because the tank didn't care I got the aggro and I put some mob asleep and they got woken up by the tank on purpose but he didn't take away the aggro, so I HAD to do that in order to survive. I asked later what that was all bout and if they know about the sleep spell. They said "I am annoying" and they kicked me...

After that I came back in as replacement they treatened me to kick yet another time. I mean, it started becaus I asked about waking up the mob I just put asleep, a normal question, and the 2 players knowing each other having the majority can repeatedly kick innocent people (with announcement) and "it's not a violation"? This must be a FRIGGIN JOKE!

Sounds about right. What are you not telling us? What do you mean "tank didn't care"? You pull hate and then ask "if they know about the sleep spell?" lol yeah I'd consider that as rude.

The tank was mostly caring about her premade person. And even if so, he would not have to wake him up, right? I tried to sort out my problem and he got like "trolollol". So he is being a dick twice not only for ignoring that I am in trouble and the second time for waking it up.

Please think before posting, everything is stated there.
Kicking people for "Why did you wake him up twice? Do you know about sleep"? is not "About Right".
