Raze has a point.

Do you have a lot of time? If yes you can do it yourself and spend time spirit bonding to get the materia to fully meld your Alchemist and farm materials.
Do you have a lot of money? If yes you can do it yourself and buy all the materia you need to fully meld your alchemist and buy materials.

The price you see for your augment might be cheaper than the cost to meld your gear
(as side note to be able to do your recipe you will need several other crafting classes to 50)
