Change Morale to Determination in Front Lines

People who worked their butts off for PVP gear should be able to use their hard earned gear in Frontlines, same as the PVE crowd. Have Morale function as Determination or some other class relevant stat when used in Frontlines.

Don't just outright disable it!

This was a later idea that ended up looking pretty good.

Make the stats on PVP gear conditional.
Like So:
While in Frontlines, Swansgrace has bonus Spell Speed.
This doesn't take effect anywhere else. And that's it. Just add whatever stat buffs are equivalent to their PVE counterparts.
Now PVP gear is as good as PVE gear in frontlines only. It's functionaly exactly the same as it's always been in PVE and Arena PVP - subpar to PVE gear and way too OP for Arena pvp.
