Registration code cd key invalid

Hey, Ive already sent 2 support tickets to square enix
(Ticket Number: 4000344 Ticket Number: 4000727)
and I sent a message to the games steam forum,
I REALLY want to play this game, well I already own the game on ps3 (and trying to use ps3 character)
and I got support to get the pc license and
was told to buy the game again on steam (so I could buy more time with steam credit)
and then activate the registration code only problem is I don't know where to find the code,
I tried the cd key but it said it was invalid on both the account pc windows license webpage
and in the launcher after I clicked already have an account, PLEASE HELP square enix,

I REALLY wanna play!!! btw I have received one email confirming they have received one of my emails but not the other one yet...

edit: Ive received the second confirmation of received email yet no replies with help...

edit2: oh and I checked my cd key on steam and it's changed, Im kinda reluctant to try it as the registration code cos I don't know if it IS the registration code (and where to enter it) and Id prefer to wait for instructions, still none as of yet

edit3: whoops turns out I was looking at the cd key for another game! oops
so I still have the same invalid cd key, well invalid to use as a registration code if thats what it is

From what I know, you need to enter that registration on the mog station. Remember to first get the service account you are already using for your ps3 version of the game. Hope this helps a bit.

what registration? all I have is a 16 digit cd key not a 20 digit registration code :/

edit: never mind, the cd key finally worked, mustof been some website server issue

downloading the updates in launcher now...awesome!
