    There are two things at work here...
    1) Display priority
    2) Grid priority

    For hunts they fixed 1, for Behemoth and Odin FATEs they managed to fix 2 as well.
    2 is also what's likely a lot more work to implement for elite marks as they can spawn in many more places than Odin/Behemoth.

    You can either suffer the drawbacks of not having 2 implemented YET or relax and do other things until it has been implemented.
    Display priority they could change fast as that's literally just changing a value.
    That it resulted in even more players joining the zerg making 2 more apparent is another issue.

    Obviously, once they do fix the grid priority, even more players are going to join in...
    While the early hoarde probably don't need any more allied seals, chances are they still join for the myths so they can buy crafting mats and dump prices on market board while it's still worth doing.
