Steps: Remove Chocobo from stable and clean it.
1. A week later stable gets dirty even with no use
2. Clean it again
3. Stable gets dirty again, verify no one has used it or that no chocobo is being stabled at the moment.

I have checked the offical forums and posted my question there with no response. I also checked reddit and the patch notes from the update. No where was I able to confirm that the stables get dirty with no use just sitting there. Thanks in advance.
