so ..... was it absolutely news to you, that to play an EU account you need an EU game? (Australia isn't EU btw)




Just to clarify, as far as SE is concerned, AU = part of EU, as are most non North American countries other than Japan. The only time it does not get counted with the rest of EU as far as SE is concerned is when they're doing competitions that specify only about 4 EU countries (usually involving physical prizes, we can enter the EU screenshot for choker competitions for example). SE only separates the world into 3 places: NA, EU and JP. Soon there will be a 4th, China, but that's it.



The APAC SE defaults to EU. When the fan fests were up I got the chance to buy tickets to the London Fan Fest because the plane flights aren't like $1000+ each.
