When i was walking in Ul'dah i saw female hyur npc with kinda nomadic style items. And like in topic is there any possibility to get items like this ? (just for roleplay or glamour)

Did you happen to examine the player and get the name of the items she was wearing? If so just find them on the MB and purchase, from there you can glamour them as long as they're "all classes" or for your class.

Yea I've always wanted the unique clothes many uldah NPCS wear, both those and the longer more elaborate Kurtas. Maybe someday.

Shoes are low level craft for leatherworker or carpenter - there are 3 or 4 with rather similiar looks (I used exactly these ones in picture for glamour some time ago). Similiar looking pants - low level weaver and leatherworker. The top I haven't seen but probably some very low chance to get item from dungeon nobody does anymore.

The top is absolutely not obtainable anywhere and the shoes are unique, all the player-usable ones of that model have actual socks instead of uh, ankle wraps?
