I've been pondering a couple things since the release of 1.18 and I was hoping to toss out a few questions in hopes they might make their way to the dev team for an official response.
Obviously being a forum, I'd hope that my fellow players might comment on them to better shape them or add some other interesting inquiries.
1) Timeline
On May 20th, a loose time table was given in the tenth letter from the producer that the community should expect a large number of changes and implementations that would arrive in total by the end of the summer.
Given that 1.18 was delayed by a significant amount of time, I was curious if the dev team still was on track to deliver everything on schedule, or if a revised time table could be expected.
2) Quests and SP
The instanced raids are a great source of SP. However, around Rank 35 the SP totals from Toto-Rak tend to drop off. Thus leaving the 35-44 range without a means to party together.
Granted, a group may take to open-world grinding but mob populations still become "exhausted" after a time leaving the group at a stand still until spawns begin again.
Personally, I've taken to doing quests, leves and behests to churn through this level range to try and reach the Rank 45 mark.
A) Are there plans to implement raids for the 35-44 crowd, so they may continue to get appropriate SP returns for their efforts?
B) Quests are a fun source of SP. I'm glad I've had the incentive to travel off the beaten path and explore the world more while taking in some story. But, the quests are limited. Are there any plans to implement daily or otherwise repeatable quests so subsequent classes may be leveled with the same sort of quests/leves/behest variety?
3) Job system
The information in regard to the Job system has been understandably vague thus far.
Is there any chance in getting a preview of how this new system might work to balance the ability of jobs under similar banners to perform the same role (i.e. tanks, mages and damage dealers)?
