I do spiritbond in dungeons but I switch 1 or 2 items due to the fact that switching more than 2 does have huge difference on my damage output already.
If the guy switch 2/3 of his gear and don't switch back even after the wipe then it is ok to kick him because it does apply to "harrasment" - he purposely does not contribute to party effort to beat instance.

So you blame "ONE" player with SB gear because you wipe on mechanics who require 3x4 players on platforms?
I guess thats not harassment, no, really, not!

It depends on situation, but you first have to prove that he/she is really not helping the party and it is really his/her fault that the party wiped...

Blaming isnt harassment, saying you wish their mother to die is harassment, stop scaremongering players, blaming is player dispute and we are allowed to do so and SE wont intervene, however, if you said you wish their mother to die then yes, they will most likely intervene.
