I love the responses of "its an easy raid" etc, yeah easy for you because people are carrying you to get your gear spiritbonded. Spiritbond on your own time or to the point its not hindering the raid and time of 23 other people.

I do spiritbonding but I only use accessories so it doesnt drop me to low to where I'm a liability. O.o

whys it need to stop? if you can enter the raid means your good enough. im gonna start doing that no point wasting money on repairs when i can make pretty much all the armor you can craft atleast i can get some materia out of it.
you cant just kick someone for following the rules, if you do i hope you get whats coming from SE. quit using the DF if you wanna be the boss.

GM's will not act upon kicks that the group has in regards to most things, as shown in a couple threads about it the GM will pretty much only handle cases that you were kicked to manipulate loot drops going in favor of someone (and even that is kinda iffy).
In the end majority rules if a majority of people feel that you are a detriment to the group then it is their right to remove you, 5 > 1 regardless of how you want to swing it. 5 happy paying customers is more important than 1.

actually your only allowed to kick someone if they are intentionally causing problems within the group. if they can que with the gear they are wearing it is perfectly legit. you cannot just kick anyone because you don't like how they are fully geared. Now in this ops case he said he joined in completely different gear then switched. yes that is a reportable offence as it follows the harassment, griefing ect rules set by SE and they said so, But they also said you have to use your own judgment when reporting because they do allow you to SB gear in raids and dungeons even crafting/gathering and it is perfectly legit so long as they meet the requirements for that dungeon. now if you have someone who meets the req, but its based only on i90 i100 gear that is completely wrong for their job then yes again you can report them. if as a bard I come in with my whole left side i80 or 90 or 100 and w/e im running im above the avg level then w/e is on my right side for SBing isn't reportable.

actually, they allow us to discuss with said player, from there we can take action, if the response from the player isnt adequate and the group does feel they are a issue, we can decide from there, players have the right to exercise what they dont like, if all agree, then its deemed justified. Again, stop taking player choice away from this matter, every one has the right to bring up concerns, too many people here trying to take away that right and choice.

If you can meet dps requirements, etc. in that crafted gear and not cause any trouble to the party, fine.whys it need to stop? if you can enter the raid means your good enough. im gonna start doing that no point wasting money on repairs when i can make pretty much all the armor you can craft atleast i can get some materia out of it.

If not, that's clearly intentional and is a form of harassment for which you can and hopefully would be kicked.
Because you can enter the raid with your normal gear, once inside switch to ilvl 10 if you want to. Ilvl requirement is onyl there to be able to enter. no checks after.whys it need to stop? if you can enter the raid means your good enough. im gonna start doing that no point wasting money on repairs when i can make pretty much all the armor you can craft atleast i can get some materia out of it.
