    final fantasy 14 remote play via ps4 to ps vita

    Hi I have been looking for a thread or post that is related to my problem but to no avail.

    When I log on to my ff14 via ps4 I get a clean log in and all is fine,
    When I remote link to my ps vita when I have logged in via my ps4 again all is fine,
    But here is my problem when my ps4 is on standby mode and I remote link my ps vita to switch on my ps4, then try to log in to my ff14 account using that remote link, as soon as I log in it says account has been restricted.
    I then have to go to my email change my password and then it will log me in, then I log in via ps4 one day later and I get the same message and the procces repeats,

    Can some one help me with this problem so i do not have to keep doing this,

    Do you have a security token or the one-time password app on your mobile?

    I beleive having this stops the account restrictions when logging from a different IP address location.
