A friend can't log in because his mobile no longer linked with Token

Hi there, I know a friend in my FC who told me that he has issue with his security token (one time password). At first, he lose his mobile internet, so he can't use the security token. Then he try to use wifi of his home to share his mobile internet just to realize that somehow, the mobile token doesn't remember his one time password set up anymore. It shows as if he never register it on his mobile, but if he try to log in to register it, he will need to key in his security Token first.

So now he stuck that he can not log in.
-Do anybody know the possibility to fix?
-I m wondering that if he recover his mobile network, will it make any different? since now his mobile no longer bound with token, but his account still bound with the token, so can not log in without it.

To Sum up : his account is still bound by token. but his mobile is no longer link to his token. So he has no way to get his One-time password and log in.

A former friend of mine had the same issue, from what I remember, live chat support was able to help them.

I had this issue as well, and yes chat support helped me no time.

This is why mobile authentication for a game like this are shit. The support lines are horrid.
