Controller Configuration Update needed.

Controller users are left with no way to start attacking the mobs after going into active mode, there is no option to bind the attack command in the controller configurations.

please update the FFXIV Configuration Utility to reflect the patch changes

Side Note: i know this is posted in the Website feed back forums, however telling me to post all Game related feedback in the proper section without even the slightest clue of where or what the proper section is. i suggest an update to the Stickyed Mod locked thread with a link pointing us in the right direction.

What are you talking about? you mean lock on target?

no i meant exactly what i said, the only way for controller user's to attack...is to grab the mouse and click the sword icon in the lower right hand part of the screen....otherwise we just stand there in active mode. there is no controller binding that allows the use of these 4 particular actions. both attack and usable items should have a binding they do not.

It seems to work now after defaulting and rebinding my keys. to those of you who cant attack targets with a controller try defaulting and rebinding actions

i never had issue i guess before i did my controller ather the update lol

All you have to do with the controller is highlight the mob, lock onto him enter active mode and click on your action bar and you should start auto attacking. Although i would eventually like to see an attack button added to the action bar so you can just click attack instead of having to lock on, highlight and entering active mode. Just an idea to simplify things.
