In the event of a level cap increase what skills/traits would you want to see?

Since I play a Warrior, I have a few ideas. Ideas are just for fun, I doubt any of these would actually get implemented.

Marauder Abilities:

Storm's Fury (60TP) (MRD Ability)
Delivers an attack with a potency of 100.
Combo Action: Maim
Combo Potency: 250
Combo Bonus: Absorbs 20% of the damage dealt as TP and lowers the target's evasion by 10%
Duration: 20s
Grants Wrath when used with Defiance. Duration: 30s.

Guillotine Slice (120TP) (MRD Ability)
Delivers an attack with a potency of 100
Combo Action: Skull Sunder
Combo Potency: 250
Combo Bonus: Silence
Duration: 5s
Grants Wrath when used with Defiance. Duration: 30s.

Warrior Abilities:

Thrill of Conquest (120s Cooldown) (WAR Ability)
Increases Max HP by 5% every time caster is hit with magical attack and restores the amount increased. (Max 5 stacks, duration of stacks: 20s)
Duration of Buff: 20s
Can only be executed when Infuriated. All Wrath is lost when used.

Knee Crusher (0TP) (WAR Ability)
Delivers a ranged attack with a potency of 130.
Additional Effect: Heavy +40%
Duration: 15s
Can only be executed when Infuriated. All Wrath is lost when used.
