In the event of a level cap increase what skills/traits would you want to see?

You're a glass half empty kinda person, ain't ya? It's for fun. It's fun to think up different skills our characters could use and it's fun to see what other people think would be interesting to add to their class/job. You don't have to take part.

This should mean you want things that are reasonable. Unless we're going for crazy? If we're going for that then;

BLM: Break - Like Freeze but petrifies targets for 3~9s
MNK: Fists of Light - Decrease GCD by 1％ for every Greased Lightning Stack you have, TP recovery increased
SCH: Widescan - Within 50m generate list of all mobs
SCH: Scan - For 15s target gets vulnerability up and exact HP is shown.
PLD: Divine Oath - Trait - Increase auto attack potency while under the effect of Sword Oath to 60
BRD: Sniper Stance - While active, user is rooted while damage dealt is increased by 15%.
