In the event of a level cap increase what skills/traits would you want to see?

Well aren't you a basket full of sunshine? I see you have yet to contribute any ideas to the mix. Besides, it's not like any of these will actually be implemented.

Then why bother? If you want to imagine overpowered, all of these are too tame. If you want to imagine realistic, most of these are over the top. Reverse Defiance is already the biggest offender. Let's make WAR, which can do 2/3rds to 3/4ths the damage of any DPS, do 20% more damage.
