In the event of a level cap increase what skills/traits would you want to see?

PLD/GLA
Shield swipe trait: turns the shield swipe into an aoe centered around the paladin that hits everything within melee range (3y). Damage stays the same, Tp cost increased.
Riot blade trait: combo bonus restores TP on top of restoring MP (neutral amount, costs 80, restores 80/100).

MNK only
Chi blast skill: releases GL stored inside the monk's body into a very strong projectile attack (standard ranged distance), multiplying the potency for each stack of GL. Low cooldown but erases the monk's stored GL stacks and prevents the monk from generating GL for 15 seconds or more depending on balance.
