Edit: Oh ho ho.. I didn't catch that at first.. you are expecting daggers.. for Rogue, at 50. Not going to happen. Well, not specifically. I think they will be making weapons with Ninja in mind at level 50, and though we might see some dagger styled weapons I would expect weaponry more along the lines of Kunai and Wakizashi, and maybe even some Sai (though that is stretching it a little, it is also a typically dual wielded weapon). Wholly possible we might still get dagger styled weapons, but I believe they would keep the Job in mind when styling weaponry for Ninja, and not themed for Rogue.

The job use the same weapon type like the class.
If Rogue use Dagger type weapon, Ninja would also use Dagger type weapon.

And vice versa unless they make Katana job only..even though Katanas will just be graphically different Daggers.
