Here is again a tip for change: first of all change the statement that ARM and BSM are just "mid" or "worse" to get FC3! You can get them pretty easy by desynthese the tools which you get in mor dhona or by desynthese armor parts (lvl 50)!

Then you say in lvling guide under armor: "dSkill 145-170: Adamantite Alembic (r150) [40% - 85%] (buy from Repository Node in Azys Lla for 20,433 gil) ";

Same NPC sells a belt for 11k!!! thats almost 50% cheaper

That's going to depend a lot on your server though, and as a limited source can easily get depleted or the cost raised to where it's pretty much on par with the unlimited bridesmaid sandals.

Any idea wha the % chance is to get a higher grade materia from Transmutation? It felt like 5% at most before.

I did 100+- transmutes and it was around 15% for me

Or just recognize that 100 ish is nowhere near a good sample size.

Thanks. I was just wondering about a ballpark number, so let's consider it at 10%. That still seems way too low to use Grade IV materia for Transmutation instead of selling them. Even Heaven's Eye IV may retain value for hardcore raiding healers.

I don't closely follow this thread, so sorry if similar info has been posted already.
I desynthed 70 Furnace Rings while trying to find a relatively cheap source of FC3s.

Yield:

- 23 (32.9%) Clear I
- 9 (12.9%) Clear II
- 14 (20.0%) Clear III

- 5 (7.1%) Fieldcraft I (1-2x)

- 3 x1
- 2 x2

- 3 (4.3%) Fieldcraft II (1-2x)

- 2 x1
- 1 x2

- 16 (22.9%) Fieldcraft III (1-2x)

- 9 x1
- 7 x2

I'm guessing the yield rates would be the same for the other crafted zodiac items.
