With the new Desynthesis changes, I would use the cheapest Goldsmith item from Helix in Azys Lla while saving Valerian gear, and then use the Valerian gear at skill level 170 or at least no sooner than 165. Whereas before my general rule was to desynthesize stuff 10+ ilvls lower than my desynthesis level when reasonable, now I think up to 10 ilvls lower is a good way to go.
