I dont know if its stated before, but there is very easy and cheap way to get trough 100-120 using the old soldery gear. You can get these since 3.1 in huge numbers by buying them with your old Allied Seals.

For example:
Weathered Noct Plate Belt 300 → 20 (ARM)
Weathered Gloam Earrings 300 → 20 (GSM)
