Concerning GSM wolf mark desynthing... It's tedious to test this as wolf marks doesn't grow on trees, however, In my experience, the ilvl90 accessories yields much better BC3/mark than the ilvl70 does. Of course, ilvl90 is not an option if your dlvl isn't high enough.

Now I don't have the exact data, but I spent about 40000 on ilvl 70 and 20000 on ilvl 90.

The 40000 ilvl70 marks yielded 8 BC3s, while the 20000 ilvl90 marks yielded 11 BC3s. Take it with a grain of salt though, as it would probably take more data to get a dependable rate.
