    I got to 99.78 on ltw. 304.78 total and then I messed up my rotation and accidentally did a gsm lock when I should have done a ltw skill up. Even though there was no skill up on gsm it caused a 4.78 skill loss on ltw, setting it back to 95. At that point I got pissed and stopped trying.

    That means that if you were at 100 skill in all three and did any synth out of rotation, this would have happened as well. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle of the rotation to do this...
