Q: Currently it's not possible to desynthesize item level 95 equipment, but in the future will it be possible?
A: Komoto: Yes, it will. Once the cap is raised on average item level, players will be able to desynthesize item level 95 equipment.

Yoshida: I mentioned this briefly in the past, but the current desynthesis skill maximum is 300, but we are planning to raise this to 400 with the cap increase.
