The max points you can put into desynthing currently is 770 total. Split three ways that's about 256 each and since current cap is 250 you can go for a third you'll have room.

Thanks. Do you know a fast way to level ARM desynthesis past 140, seem like i get bigger turn around on Fc3 than anything else. Trying to get close to 30 mil for a medium house in the new area seems like very hard to do.

Just to confirm, are the recommendations for Fieldcraft Demimateria I in the guide still pretty ideal? The Brass Rings of Crafting and so forth. Think I've reached the point in crafting where I need to start stocking up.

So when you meld materia on an item for desynth what does the success % go to? I hate Archaeoskin Belts that just fail. Is there also a better materia level or just the lowest possible will work? I am LTW

Nothing has changed at all for the tier 1's. HW stuff only gives 2's and 3's depending on level. The only possible change is if materials have become available from npcs. I use iron alembics on arm since iron plates and rivets are available from the housing npc. Not sure if that's always been the case.

You get a flat 5% boost to success per meld, regardless of the type/tier of materia. This can change an item from "cannot attempt" to the 5-25% range as well.
