It seems to me that this little workaround (using crafter stuff) has been fixed?
They act as if their rlvls have been rearranged.
Though I'm lvling weaver now, so maybe it's because of that. (Though I'm using skingear now for leveling. Just check the recipes where they are.)

Shouldn't it be 2560 altogether? Or can you only raise your desynthesis skill on certain classes?

ATM you can only level 3 of them to max. We are only allotted 980 for them all.

Ugh.. are the only real possibilities for breaking through the ~180 BSM wall really PvP, or super expensive glamour weapons? T_T

EDIT: Or, I guess Centurio Seal weapons from Ishgard.. bleh.

EDIT2: It's a shame the Speafishing Gig isn't Desynthesizable.. only 3k gil for an ilvl 180 offhand tool, lol

You know, maxing out desynthesis skill on three classes seems to leave 20 leftover. What class should I have that 20 skill on, do you think? Also, if I were to raise it past 20, would my skill on a maxed class go down?

Yes, a maxed class would start going down. The extra 20 is basically so if you accidentally misclick and desynth a thing you're not majorly screwed. Don't actually use them. Also they include the 1.0 you start with assuming your crafters are all lv 30+, so you could only get to 16 in one of them without penalty. Not useful.

I'm at 293 GSM making palladium needles cause i have a ton of pal nugs and lumber, but im getting diminishing returns. One star 70 crafts are low % and still expensive to make. Anything else I should be looking at?

Realized Imperial jade earrings were a higher craft level, so pushed to 301 now. Anyone max GSM, should I continue with this and any arhat accessories I get to 320? Or is there something better? I don't see any other recipes.
