250 is currently max, and no, you won't get 100% when at cap on high level desynthable items. They have not said when they'll raise the cap, but previously 24 man gear was unlocked for seals/desynth when the next one comes out. World of Darkness gear wasn't actually permitted for seals/desynth until 3.0.

Can anyone confirm 3 star materials from the i245 filibuster set? I've been using them to level up for over a week and have yet to see one.

GSM desynthsis 176. Been doing Griffin Talon Needles iL150 from Azys Lla. Down to .03 skillups and the PvP iL180 is still at 60% with tinker's bacon.

Is there any bridge desynthissis between the two other than the iL170 crafting and gathering accessories? Even something for scrip?


If your desynthsis skill is high enough I got a BUNCH of FC III from those Griffin Talon Needles, 1 - 3 when they fell. I think I ended with almost as many FCIIIs as desynths I did.

Are you sure it's FC3's you got and not FC2's? I've been desynthing these and all I've ever gotten were FC2's.

Only 2s from Griffin Talon Needles. 3s never drop from white items. (IE the common ones we can craft, maybe some glamour pieces drop it)

Try Peteinosaurs for CUL, expert filibuster gear to 250 is good (note you can meld it)

From 170 to about 200 I did storm chasers. I'm currently at 219 cul and I'm slowly catching and desynthing peteinosaurs. These should cap us at 250
