Warriors of Light question. Explanation needed.

To be fair, if you are a non legacy player (like me) several NPC compare you with the original warriors of light, and some start to wonder whether you are one.

This leads to expressions like "you are just like..." "I wonder if you could be..." "you remind me of...".
In most cases this would imply that you are a warrior of light. In most rpgs if someone wonders whether you are The Chosen One, you are The Chosen One.
ARR is special in the sense that 1.0 existed, so there really are original warriors of light.

Long story short, even if you are a non-legacy player NPCs start implying that you may be a warrior of light, when you are really not.
And then they declare you to be a new warrior of light in the end for your achievements in the present (see the post made by Enkidoh for a proper explanation).
