    China can have zombies, they just can't have bones showing.

    On that note: SE has already made alternate models for all of the existing skeletons in the game for when they release in China. Could do the same thing for this idea.

    Skeletons are now Spirits
    Zombies are now Pawns
    Qutrub are now Reapers
    and Formors are now Headless.
