Why Can I Not Play with Higher Graphics Settings?

Well, I play on a laptop because I'm away at college and I didn't drag a desktop with me. I've had this laptop for about a year and a half now. So if the graphics card is a bit outdated, that's why, but the graphics card is just fine and I can play the game without issue as long as I don't crank the texture settings higher than standard.

Then don't worry anything higher then standard does not matter i can't see the diff to tell you the truth.
