    A half a year to get 1 sands is an exaggeration. When 2.4 comes out high end game players won't touch hunts much at all because the sands and oil gear upgrades won't be top of the line anymore. Thus letting more casual players get hunt mobs much easier. Its only about 3 months until 2.4.

    The problem isn't the lack of a lockout, it's the inability to compete with the horde.
    Giving full credit to everyone who participates, or at least to the player or party who actually finds the mark would go a long way toward alleviating the issues here.

    Or... You know... Turning it into an actual hunt where rather than just stumbling on the enemy in the open, you have to follow clues and track it before it pops. Admittedly, with the current crowds, even that wouldn't slow things down much, but eh...

    I just want my bloody succubus. :-(

    Who's to say they won't add the "new" (if they make one) gear-enhancing loot to hunts?

    another post where people want less...........smh.. maybe you not good as the other people, since more time in game = more better skills

    what they need to do is make the game harder everything is just giving too you other then atma. but they want even the people with down syndrome to be able to play the game.

    What the hell are you talking about? This has nothing to do with skill. This has everything to do with luck. You could be the best damned paladin on the server, but someone finds the mob on the other end of the zone, so you hurry down and ... oh dammit, some jerk pulled the mob early! Where's the skill in that?

    The caps and lockout are goods when they're clever: the 1 drop/week of CT is good, the lockout on Coils access is not (don't allow you to help/train friends...)... it's just a question of balance.

    Here, we've lot of content which have a lockouts and only one which is unlimited and give all the rewards of the others events... this is clearly unbalanced...

    No thanks - and if they ever do decide to add seals, please let the rewards be capped and even - meaning, the win won't influence how many you get a week. We're already having issues with dingleberries using the radar app to cheat in FL, just imagine if they introduced unlimited seals to FL? Every no-life cheating dingleberry will find a way to ruin it with their radar app....

    Too many people respond with stupid comments like the one you quoted. The hunt takes no skill. The mob falls to the ground within 10 seconds (SECONDS) of being pulled. There is no strategy, the alliance(s) do not have to coordinate to kill it, they just whack it a few times and it's dead. There is 0 skill involved, unless you are counting the ability to tab out of the game to check your third party exploit radar as "skill".

    That's not skill, it's just cheating - but I wouldn't even care about that if the monsters actually lived long enough for everyone in the zone to get some hits in.

    But this is SE we are talking about - the same company that wanted only 1-2 relics per server so entire 64 person linkshells would farm Dynamis for years all for 1 person. Clearly they only meant hunts to be for 1-2 people as well.

    While I love the fact that Allied Seals have no weekly cap, a Sand in a Day of hunting? Got it!. but it would tone down the Zerg a bit near the end of the week if there was a cap, to help the players who struggle with the "Kill Groups Who Wait for No Man".
