Recruiting Members for A Clear PT SCOB.

Good Day,

I am currently building a team that focuses on SCOB.
Right now, we are a team that comprises people around the world with ilvl 104+
That's right, we have people from Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and even the USA

The objective of the team will be attempting to clear T9 as soon as possible.
With that in mind, we would like to clear T6-T8 on the day of reset and continuously practice T9 as much as possible to clear.

Our Current Party Configuration:-
Tank: E'lize Fleuret [PLD/WAR]
Off Tank: *OT with Decent DPS job*
DPS: Setsuna Meo [SMN/WAR]
DPS: Yami Mizu [BLM/SMN]
DPS: Arcshadow Fallent [DRG/MNK]
DPS: *Open for Bard*
Heal: Ilbys Mahtis [WHM/SCH]
Heal: Myurin Wu[SCH/WHM] *Unconfirmed*

Raiding Schedule
Time: 10PM - 12Midnight [GMT+10]
Tuesday: Target Clear T6-T8
The rest of the week: T9 practice & Clear. [As many days as possible, at least 3-4 days]

Voice Communication Tools
Mumble or Raidcall or etc, depending on majority preference

Loot Rules
Loot will be monitor and distributed fairly to ensure it is beneficial to the Raid Group as a whole.

Requirements
1) Dedicated and Discipline Members. *punctuality is important as everyone is from different timezone*
2) To be able to participate voice com. *Don't need to talk, just listen*
3) Experience in clearing T6-T8. T9 experience will be greatly appreciated.
4) ilvl Requirement. Well the higher the better. As long as you are somewhat T9 ready, we will pray that the RNG GOD will drop some loot for you to benefit the group as a whole
5) Open minded, patient and willing to learn and take constructive criticism.
