There's the long awaited DX11 update/ client that they have been working on/ delaying for some time. I can't really tell if it's supposed to be available this year or not. Last I heard they would announce something after the Chinese launch this summer...which may have happened or is coming up soon..? I'm not actually sure since China's servers (and entire game client) are separated from the rest of the world, obviously...
The game is already gorgeous as it is, and I'd think there's quite a few things they could fix or implement first before a "better max graphics" for a small percentage of the playerbase.
I'd rather have higher res player/model/weapon and more polygons on the meshes. Hell, bring back the butts on the women while you're at it.
A friend of mine was talking about this yesterday I'll say the same thing here as I told him.
I prefer better content over better graphics then better graphics over better content.
More time they take to focus on graphics is time taken away from making content.
you are aware that SE employs artists an programmers right? the point is they have people who take care of all these things, one guy doing his job is not going to take away from another guy doing his job.
I think the player models look fantastic, but the enemy models look pretty bad..
The word is, "than" otherwise this sentence makes no sense.I prefer better content over better graphics then better graphics over better content.
