It's kind of hard to satisfy players when they scream "do this or I QUITTTTT!" or think they know your game's code better than you only to do just that and get "NOT LIEK THAT!" in response after it's added.

Example: People wanted Titan Ex to no longer be a barrier for the other EX fights. It got removed, and people then complained on how many "Fail Groups" popped up. People wanted more players in lowbie dungeons (for leveling alt classes), then people complained about forced SR/people "selecting" their roulettes.

I could go on but my point is clear. There's WAY more to designing a game system than "CoolGuy69" (or insert other internet name) could understand, and everyone who THINKS they could do better/could code better obviously has never actually worked on a game before.
